of Interest
I conduct Extension education programs focused on recreational
trail design, income taxes, and property taxes. My target
audiences are private forest landowners and the natural
resource professionals who serve them. Most of my research
has focused on evaluating public incentives for managing
nonindustrial private forest lands. I have conducted
several surveys of landowners to learn about their land
management activities and response to different public
incentives. As an Extension Area Program Leader I provide
leadership for Extension regional and county staff engaged
in forestry-related programs. |
